PENGUMUMAN PELELANGAN I PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Kantor Pusat PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) mengundang pabrikan/manufaktur crane untuk mengikuti Pelelangan Umum dengan Pascakualifikasi Pekerjaan Pengadaan 5 (lima) Unit Harbour Mobile Crane (HMC) untuk Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya.

Headquarter of Indonesian Port Corporation III (State Ownde Enterprises) invites the crane manufacturer to follow Open Tender with Post-qualification for works of Procurement of 5 Units Harbour Mobile Crane (HMC) for Port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya.

Spesifikasi yang diminta adalsh sebagai berikut / The required specifications are as follows :

- Hoisting system (fully electric);

- Slewing system (fully electric);

- Luffing system (electric and/or hydraulic); dan (and)

- Traveling system (electric and/or hydraulic).

A. PERSYARATAN PESERTAI PARTICIPANTS REQUIREMENT

1. Peserta merupakan manufaktur Crane yang mempunyai surat ijin yang relevan dari negaranya. The Participants are Crane Manufacturers who have the relevant permit/license from their country.

2. Mempunyai perwakilan agen/distnbutor yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Penunjukan Agen/Distributor yang berstatus Badan Hukum Indonesia (BHI)

The Participants has a representative agent / distributor showed by the Agency/ Distributorship Appointment Letter with Indonesian Legal Entity status.

3. Data Pengalaman Perusahaan / Company Experience Data :

a. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam kurun waktu 10 (sepuluh) tahun terakhir (dalam 1 kontrak) melaksanakan pekerjaan pengadaan Harbour Mobile Crane sesuai spesifikasi dengan nilai kontrak minimal ekuivalen Rp. 65 Milyar atau 2 (dua) unit HMC.

The Participants has Experience in the past 10 (ten) years (within one contract) to carried out the procurement of Harbour Mobile Crane as required specification with the contract value at least equivalent Rp. 65 Billion or 2 (two) units HMC.

b. HMC kapasitas minimal 125 Ton, jangkauan (Outreach) minimal 51 meter, HMC sesuai spesifikasi yang diminta menggunakan sumber tenaga eksternal (Shore Power) dan Diesel Engine.

The Participants has HMC with minimum capacity of 125 Tons, outreach of at least 51 meters, HMC as required specification using Shore Power and Diesel Engine.

c. Daftar data popular HMC yang sudah beroperasi di beberapa negara (min. 5 negara) termasuk Indonesia dan saat ini masih dapat dioperasikan dengan baik.

The List of production data of HMC th'it are already operating in several countries (minimum 5 countries) including Indonesia.

B. PERSYARATAN PADA SAAT PEN DAFTARAN/ THE REQUIREMENTS FOR REGRISTRATION :

Pendaftaran dilakukan melalui / Registration offender will be conducted by:

1. Online registration weosite https://eproc.pelindo.co.id dengan mengupload scan (format *Pdf). Online registration must be conducted via website https://eproc.pelindo.co.id by uploading ('Pdf format)

2. Pendaftaran langsung (Offline) di Kantor Pusat Pelindo III Surabaya Off-line Registration (Direct) at Headquarter of Pelindo III Surabaya

Pada saat pendaftaran harus meng-unggah (upload pdf format) atau membawa dokumen berikut: At the time of registration, participants must upload pdf format or submit document as follows :

a. Akte pendirian perusahaan termasuk perubahannya / Deed of Establishment or relevant including its amendments;

b. Surat Ijin Perusahaan / Business License;

c. Surat Penunjukan Keagenan/Distributor; dan / Agency/Distributorship Appointment Letter; and

d. Bukti pengalaman / kontrak pengadaan HMC sesuai yang dipersyaratkan dilengkapi dengan berita acara serah terima pekerjaan / Experience evidence of procurement of HMC as required specification with the related certificate of handover (PHO / FHO).

Peserta yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan di atas tidak dapat dilayani (tidak diproses).
