Procurement 2 (two) units Ship To Shore (STS) Crane for Terminal Petikemas Belawan

USD. 17.740.000- (seventeen million and seven hundred forty thousand US dollars) (include applicable taxes)

1. Requirements of Participant:

a. Crane Maker Company

1) A Crane Maker Company of Ship to Shore Crane from the United States, Europe, Japan, Korea or China as follows; Noell Terex, Kalmar, Konecranes, Kock, Ishikawajima (IHI), Mitsui, Hyundai, Doosan and ZPMC;

2) Has the agency in Indonesia for at least three (3) years;

3) Within the last 5 (five) years has manufactured, sold and handed over at least 15 (fifteen) units Ship to Shore Cranes in Asia and/or Australia and/or Europe and/or USA;

4) Has basic competency (KD) of 5 NPt (highest experience value within the last 10 (ten) years);

5) Has an Article of Association and its amendments, the Business License/Trade Register (SIUP) for the appropriate job.

b. Companies Agency Registered Under Indonesia Law (BHI)

Has an Article of Association and/or its amendments, the business license (SIUP), the letter of Appointment as the agent at least 3 (three) years latest from crane maker company, Importer Identification Number (API), experience within a period of 3 (three) years (2014, 2015, and 2016), earn at least 1 (one) work as the Provider of Goods/ Services of Government Offices, State Owned Enterprise/Local Government-Owned Enterprise and private sector, including sub-contracting experience;

2. Admission requirements:

a. The registration must be conducted by Crane Maker Company or Agency Registered Under Indonesia Law (BHI) with the following requirements:

1) Crane Maker Company

- Valid identity card and power of attorney (if the authorized) from the Chairman of crane maker company whose name is listed in the Notarial Deed/List Management of company and his identity card;

- Attach a copy of an Article of Association of Crane Maker company and/or its amendments;

- Attach a copy of the contract or Minutes of Handover in the procurement of Ship to Shore (STS) Crane within 10 (ten) years with minimum value of a contract is USD. 3,548,000,- (three million five hundred and forty eight thousand US Dollars) or at least supply of 1 (one) unit STS Crane Panamax Size;

2) Companies Agency Registered Under Indonesia Law (BHI)

- Valid identity cards and power of attorney (if the authorized) from the Chairman of crane maker company whose name is listed in the Notarial Deed/List Management of company, is given to the management of agent company in Indonesia whose name is listed in Article of Association and/or its amendments of the agent company and his identity card,

- Attach copies of the Article of Association and/or its amendments that have been acknowledged by Notary in Indonesia;

- Attach copies of the Letter of Appointment as the agent at least 3 (three) years latest that has been acknowledged by Notary in Indonesia;

- Show the original document and attach copy of valid Business License/Trade Register (SIUP) of non-small enterprise that issued by the competent authority;

- Show the original document and attach copy of valid Card Import Identification Number (API);

- Attach a copy of the contract or Minutes of Handover of the work of at least 1 (one) work within a period of 3 (three) years (2014, 2015, and 2016), as the provider of Goods / Services of Government Offices, State-Owned Enterprise/Local Government-Owned Enterprise and private sector, including subcontracting experience;

b. The registration must be completed with the documents as stipulated in point 1) and 2).

c. Registration and Collecting the Pre-qualification Document will be held on:

1) Day/Date : Thursday to Tuesday/May 4TH, 2017 to May 9TH 2017

2) Time : 09.00 to 16.00 local time

3) Place : Head Office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero), Jln Krakatau Ujung No. 100 Medan, Indonesia

d. Submission the Pre-qualification Document will be held on:

1) Day / Date : Thursday to Wednesday/May 4th, 2017 to May 10th, 2017

2) Time : 09.00 to 16.00 local time
